We are looking for a Sales Manager for Central China, Industrial &Water Segment, based in East China to develop central China business. This position reports to the China Sales Manager

What you need

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for raw water and wastewater treatment solution sales in related industries within Central China
2. Company marketing strategies implementation
3. Lead a team to deliver a financial target, manage a full P&L in the territory
4. Identify business opportunities; develop customer&channels relationship, provide technical and commercial support to customers/channels/partners
4.Sales tools execution, ie. Planning, inventory management, price control, quality complain.
5. Integrate sales strategy with area situation, market dynamic and competition intelligence to enlarge Kemira share in marketplace.
6. Responsible for customers A/R management.
7. Work in a matrix environment with product management, marketing, technical support and application.
8. Internal communication with all functional support team.

Job Requirements
1. More than 8 years working experience in wastewater chemicals treatment company.
2. Team leader experience
3. preferred to direct customer sales experience
4. Experience in handling larger corporate customers
5. Good at sales process and distributor management.
3. University degree in Chemistry, Environment or relevant major.
5. Good problem solving / trouble shooting skills.
7. Good negotiation and communication skills.
9. Able to travel
